Chandra is responsible for the governance of business operations as it relates to business development in an effort to foster economic growth through capital formation and sustainable business ventures. She is fully responsible for the development, strategic planning, development, and daily hands-on operations of the company. She performs all staff recruitment, training, and supports her employees through cross-functional leadership and development.
